Dr. David Chess

Founder, President, and Chief Medical Officer

David is a geriatrician, internist and entrepreneur with 35 years of experience working to improve care for patients. The systems he has developed have enabled clinicians across the country to truly care for people by providing care as if the patient was a family member. Prior to founding Tapestry, David was the Founder and Chief Medical Officer for TripleCare Inc., a telemedicine company focusing on caring for acutely ill people in nursing facilities, an area where he has extensive experience.

Mordy Eisenberg, NHA

Chief Growth Officer & Co-founder

Mordy Eisenberg, NHA, is a skilled clinician, administrator, entrepreneur and solution finder. Prior to co-founding TapestryHealth he was chief of strategy and value-based care at Centers Health Care as well as their director of clinical operations, responsible for the development and oversight of the corporate clinical teams. He then went on to launch Blue Crystal Healthcare Consultants sharing his expertise in the operations of skilled nursing facilities, assisted living programs, adult day health care, homecare, and more. Mordy also serves as the president of the AMS Charitable Fund.

Dov Shimanowitz

Chief Financial Officer

Dov has over 25 years of experience in Finance, Healthcare, Capital Markets, Regulatory Compliance, and Technology, combining strategic business planning and execution with strong legal, financial and operations experience.
