Full-Time

 

Tapestry Telehealth provides both primary care and behavioral health services. Applicants must be board certified. Current full-time positions include:
 

• Primary Care Nurse Practitioner: Available 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. weekdays, and on demand if medical conditions change. Make rounds daily via portable telehealth care alongside a facility’s nursing staff.

• Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner: Evaluate and address the behavioral and psychological needs of seniors. Support inpatient medical setting for weekday rounds, on-demand response or after-hours admission services. 

 

Part-Time

 

For rural nursing homes, access to specialists is challenging. Tapestry Telehealth brings the specialists to the residents and patients, eliminating travel time and expense for both providers and consumers and reducing wait times for consultations.
